It takes 3-4 business days to get Real Estate E&O policy quoted with an insurer. The quotes are provided by human underwriters on case by case basis. Signed application is required to get the quote.

The policy premium is usually based on several factors: the profession involved, the number of professionals covered, annual revenues, location of the business, the limit of liability and the deductible.  The "insured" usually includes the covered organization itself and its past or present partners, directors, officers, and employees while acting within the scope of their duties.
